Lago General Vintter is a lake in Chubut, Argentina. The Patagonian inland fisheries commission of Chubut, Neuquén, Río Negro and the national parks lists it in the Chubut annex of its 2026/27 sport-fishing regulation. The lake shared with Chile, where it is called Lago Palena; this page covers the Argentine side. Also called Lago Wintter and Lago General Winter.
Nothing on this page grants or implies access: check the agency map, posted signs and landowner permission before you fish. Most waters here need a rod licence or permit and often a beat booking or club ticket; the listing pages under Regulations say which.
